　　1第一步，檢查電池組由于備用電源不是經(jīng)常投入使用，發(fā)電機(jī)是否能正常啟動(dòng)，關(guān)鍵在于電池的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)。如電池組出現(xiàn)了問(wèn)題，比較常見(jiàn)的情況是：有電壓無(wú)電流，這時(shí)可以聽(tīng)到啟動(dòng)電機(jī)內(nèi)電磁閥吸合的聲音，但帶不動(dòng)連軸。電池組出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致無(wú)法停機(jī)原因有三：1.在試機(jī)時(shí)采用停止為電池充電的方式，會(huì)導(dǎo)致電池電量不足。2.采用機(jī)械油泵由皮帶傳動(dòng)，額定轉(zhuǎn)速下的泵油量很大，然而電池組供電不足，導(dǎo)致停機(jī)時(shí)截流閥里的彈簧片由于電磁閥吸力不夠而不能封死從四個(gè)出油孔噴出的燃油，造成不能停機(jī)。3.國(guó)產(chǎn)電池通常壽命為兩年，沒(méi)有定期更換。

　　The first step is to check whether the generator can start normally due to the infrequent use of the backup power source in the battery pack. The key lies in the maintenance of the battery. If there is a problem with the battery pack, a common situation is that there is voltage but no current. At this time, you can hear the sound of the solenoid valve in the starter motor closing, but you cannot move the connecting shaft. There are three reasons why the battery pack cannot be stopped due to problems: 1. Using the method of stopping charging the battery during the test run can result in insufficient battery power. 2. The mechanical oil pump is driven by a belt, and the pump oil volume is large at the rated speed. However, due to insufficient power supply from the battery pack, the spring plate in the shut-off valve cannot seal the fuel sprayed from the four oil outlets due to insufficient electromagnetic valve suction during shutdown, resulting in the inability to stop the machine. 3. Domestic batteries typically have a lifespan of two years and are not regularly replaced.

　　2第二步，檢查啟動(dòng)電磁閥發(fā)電機(jī)在運(yùn)行時(shí)，人們總結(jié)出"一看、二聽(tīng)、三摸、四嗅"的一套檢查方法。啟動(dòng)時(shí)的聽(tīng)，是一個(gè)很重要的步驟。以沃爾沃發(fā)電機(jī)為例，只需按下啟動(dòng)按鈕，三秒鐘之后，即可啟動(dòng)。在這三秒鐘之內(nèi)可聽(tīng)到兩個(gè)"咔嗒"聲。一旦聽(tīng)不到第二聲響，就要檢查啟動(dòng)電磁閥是否正常工作，若電磁線圈燒斷，發(fā)電機(jī)當(dāng)然就不能啟動(dòng)。

　　The second step is to check that the starting solenoid valve generator is running, and people have summarized a set of inspection methods of "one look, two listen, three touch, and four smell". Listening during startup is an important step. Taking the Volvo generator as an example, simply press the start button and it will start after three seconds. Two "clicks" can be heard within these three seconds. Once the second sound cannot be heard, it is necessary to check whether the starting solenoid valve is working properly. If the solenoid coil burns out, the generator cannot be started.
